TOT Training Course on How to Prepare Studies on Women's Rights Issues and Civil Peace Building

IID organized a training course for TOT trainers for 4 days entitled "Methods of Preparing Studies on Women's Issues and Civil Peace Building". The course targeted 30 women who are involved within Qadirat Team.  This team was established by our organization, IID, in 2017 to create initiatives and activities that assist women in Ninawa. The main outcomes are:
30 members of Qadirat team can put a plan to gather information through interviews, designing questionnaire or conducting focus group.
30 members of Qadirat team can train in any place in Ninawa and give advice on the methods of preparing research and studies.
30 members of Qadirat team can write professional studies.

We have formed 6 work groups that will work on the preparation of 6 studies on the issues of women in Ninawa from topics that were identified during the training course.
