Rana Falah Hasan serves as the Chairperson of the Administrative Board and brings advanced leadership experience in managing and guiding humanitarian and development organizations, with a strong focus on institutional development and strengthening internal departmental performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Basic Education – English Department from the University of Mosul and has been actively involved in program management since 2015 within complex and conflict-affected environments.

Rana plays a central strategic leadership role within the organization, overseeing the development of overall plans, approving internal policies, and monitoring the performance of various departments to ensure integration between programs, administration, finance, and human resources. She works to strengthen good governance systems by enhancing monitoring and accountability mechanisms and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities across the institution.

Throughout her career, she has led multiple humanitarian and development projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and holding direct responsibility for planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, and quality control. She has also supervised staff capacity development and fostered a professional, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment.

As Chairperson of the Administrative Board, Rana contributes to strategic decision-making related to organizational expansion, partnership development at local and international levels, and ensuring full legal and administrative compliance across operations. She aligns the institution’s vision with community needs and promotes institutional sustainability through long-term planning and diversification of support sources, ensuring continued impact and effective delivery of the organization’s humanitarian and development mission.
