📢 Call for Proposals: The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) invites qualified consulting firms, research institutions, and individual consultants to submit proposals for conducting:

🔹 Labor Market and Community Assessment

📍 Target Locations:
Mosul – Qayyarah – Ba’aj
Ninewa Governorate, Iraq

🎯 Assessment Objectives:
• Analyze local labor market conditions and identify in-demand skills.
• Identify employment, entrepreneurship, and small business opportunities.
• Explore green economy and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
• Assess community acceptance of Al-Hol returnees.
• Provide practical recommendations for vocational training and economic empowerment programs.

👥 Target Groups:
• Al-Hol returnees.
• Host community members.
• Women, youth, and other vulnerable groups.

📋 Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor market assessments, livelihoods assessments, or socioeconomic studies.
• One Lead Consultant with proven expertise in research, analysis, and report writing.
• A field team consisting of at least 8 qualified data collectors/enumerators.
